Tea Time Spritz – Your summer in a glass
Share
A glass full of summer, freshness and vibes: The Tea Time Spritz is the sparkling fusion of our fruity-tart Blood orange tea and a sparkling Aperol feeling. Served ice-cold, it shines like a sunset – and tastes just as good as it looks.
The best part? You only need a few ingredients, a large glass and a desire for summer; the tea does the rest.
This is what you need for 1 glass
- 200 ml blood orange tea , brewed strong and chilled
- 50 ml Aperol
- 90 ml of well-chilled Prosecco
- 30 ml sparkling water
- ice cubes
- 1 slice of orange or blood orange for decoration
Quantity tip: With 1 liter of brewed tea you can prepare about 4-5 glasses of Tea Time Spritz.
It's that easy
- To prepare the tea , pour 1 liter of boiling water over 4-5 heaped teaspoons of blood orange tea and let it steep for 10-12 minutes. Then allow it to cool completely.
- Fill the glass – add ice cubes, then Aperol, then fill with cold tea.
- Make it sparkling – carefully pour in the Prosecco and sparkling water.
- Add decoration – put an orange slice in the glass – done.
- Enjoy it – preferably outdoors, in the sun, with friends.
Tip: For the alcohol-free version, simply replace Aperol with a syrup (e.g., blood orange syrup) and use alcohol-free sparkling wine instead of Prosecco.
